Pay Range: $170000 - $180000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- At least 15+ years of experience as Mainframe manager/ Director
• Must have experience with LIFE/70 life insurance policy administration systems or related to it.
• Ready to grow to the VP level in next 12-24 months
• We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Manager/Director with 10+ years of mainframe experience and strong hands-on knowledge of LIFE/70 or related life insurance policy administration systems.
• The role offers an opportunity to lead technology initiatives, drive transformation, and grow into a VP-level position within 12–24 months.
