Job Description

Job Description: SAP FSCM Consultant
Location: The Woodlands, TX -Hybrid – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite
Experience: 10+ Years
Mandatory Skills: SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, AA, BA, CEA, CCA, PCA, IO, TR)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA FSCM solution design, configuration, implementation, and deployment.
  • Configure and support SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
  • Integrate FSCM with SAP FI-AR, FI-GL, Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury systems.
  • Conduct functional workshops, gather business requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Support data migration, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation hypercare.
  • Work closely with Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Accounts Receivable teams.
  • Develop business process documentation, training materials, and solution design documents.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
1. SAP FSCM Credit Management
  • Credit scoring, risk assessment, and credit exposure management.
  • Credit limit calculation and maintenance.
  • Business Partner credit master data and credit profiles.
  • Credit review and approval workflows.
  • Integration with external credit agencies, including Moody's.
2. SAP FSCM Collections Management
  • Collection strategies, segmentation, and prioritization.
  • Collections worklists and customer communication.
  • Dunning processes, collection analytics, and reporting.
3. SAP FSCM Dispute Management
  • Dispute case creation, tracking, and resolution.
  • Root cause classification and workflow configuration.
  • Integration with Accounts Receivable and Collections Management.
4. SAP FICO & Integration
  • Strong SAP FI experience, including General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Integration with Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking (BA), and Treasury (TR).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementations and end-to-end financial processes.
  • Knowledge of banking interfaces, payment formats, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
5. SAP Treasury & Risk Management
  • Treasury integration with FSCM.
  • Liquidity forecasting, cash visibility, and cash position management.
  • Working capital optimization and financial risk management.
  • Bank connectivity and electronic bank transmission formats.
6. SAP Fiori & Analytics
  • Configuration and deployment of SAP Fiori applications related to FSCM.
  • Credit, collections, dispute, and treasury reporting.
  • Analytical dashboards, KPI monitoring, and operational reporting.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI) experience.
  • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementation experience.
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.
  • Proven expertise in FSCM configuration, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience supporting global Finance and Treasury teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • SAP S/4HANA FSCM certification is preferred.

  • Cash application and automatic payment matching.
  • Lockbox and electronic remittance processing.
  • EDI and electronic payment file integration.
  • SAP Treasury and Risk Management.
  • Large-scale global SAP transformation experience.
