What You'll Do

• Drive strategic initiatives that support company growth and operational scalability
• Own and prioritize key product roadmap initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve internal workflows and customer experiences
• Analyze business performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform decision making
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams
• Serve as a key problem solver on high-impact initiatives that influence the future direction of the business

What We're Looking For

• 3-8 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Chief of Staff, or related fields
• Experience working within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other technology-driven businesses
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision making
• Experience working directly with technical teams and translating business requirements into actionable solutions
• Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic background preferred
