VP of Shared Services FP&A

Job DescriptionOur client is a global financial services firm.

They seek a VP of Shared Services FP&A to join their Manhattan, NY office.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Support Shared Services FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and cost center management\n Maintain allocation methodologies, supporting data, governance processes, and recurring management reporting\n Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, stronger controls, and process standardization\n Champion AI and automation initiatives through workflow redesign, reporting enhancements, template development, and prompt engineering\n Document finance processes, identify operational improvements, and prioritize scalable solutions\n Enhance executive reporting and management analytics by improving consistency, efficiency, and actionable insights\n Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable process improvements across Shared Services\n Train users on new workflows, maintain process documentation, and support adoption of enhanced operating procedures\n\n\nRequirements\n\n 6-8 years of FP&A and corporate finance experience\n Experience in shared services, corporate functions, or back office finance\n Strong FP&A fundamentals: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, allocation logic, and management reporting\n Experience improving manual finance workflows using AI and automation, documenting processes, redesigning recurring deliverables, or implementing more scalable planning/reporting tools\n Hands-on experience with AI tools\n\n\nJobID: 48419
