• Provide technical support and system administration for enterprise financial applications.
• Support Sage Intacct, Coupa, SAP Concur, BlackLine, Gappify, and Avalara.
• Troubleshoot system errors, access issues, integrations, and data synchronization problems.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, RBAC, security profiles, and SOX controls.
• Work with software vendors on defects, escalations, upgrades, and releases.
• Manage Jira/Jira Service Management tickets, SLAs, prioritization, and backlog tracking.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and SOPs.
• Analyze Jira metrics such as ticket volume, resolution time, issue trends, and system performance.
• Lead monthly Finance Systems Support / backlog prioritization meetings with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Tax teams.
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, Sales Tax, and Financial Close processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
