Leasing Agent

ChadNic Group, LLC, a Texas-based consulting and business services firm, is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support commercial and office space leasing for small and mid-sized business clients. In this client-facing role, you will market and show professional spaces, respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and assist prospects through screening, applications, and lease coordination. You will maintain accurate records, support brokers and consultants with occupancy data, and contribute to a professional, service-focused client experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
