Market Development Manager

Constellation Brands seeks a Market Development Manager to accelerate growth in our Beverage & Food Operations within the Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will own a regional market, developing and executing data-driven strategies to expand distribution, maximize brand visibility, and deepen customer relationships across on- and off-premise channels. You will analyze market and consumer insights, build joint business plans with distributors and key accounts, and lead local execution of brand and trade programs. Working in our innovative, inclusive, and dynamic culture, you will collaborate cross-functionally to pilot new go-to-market approaches, optimize pricing and promotion, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth for our beer, wine, and spirits portfolio.
