The Role: • Manage and administer Red Cross services for U.S. military members, veterans, and their families. • Support the delivery of International Services programs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with military leadership and community stakeholders. • Develop and implement volunteer engagement programs to support service delivery. • Oversee service delivery to military treatment facilities and VA hospitals, including rehabilitation programs and morale support. • Manage budgets, expenditures, and program reporting to ensure organizational accountability. What You'll Need: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in program management. • Strong computer, public speaking, and written/verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in diverse environments. • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs. • U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance and no-fee U.S. passport.
