The Role • Guide the development and evolution of innovative new products that span business unit and product boundaries. • Focus on emerging technologies like AI and ML to uncover new go-to-market solutions and strategies. • Drive product-market fit through rapid prototyping, iteration, and direct dealer feedback. • Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including UX, marketing, and engineering, to gather feedback and document requirements. • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Deep understanding of business, product performance, industry principles, and best practices. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics. • Preferred: Experience with Inventory Management Solutions and the automotive dealer software space.
