Python / Java Full Stack Developer- W2 Candidates Only

We are seeking a talented Python / Java Full Stack Developer with 10-13 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development skills, experience building scalable web applications, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Work Schedule Candidate must be willing to work onsite in the Alpharetta, GA office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Front-end development experience using React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience integrating AI/ML services and Generative AI models (Copilot, OpenAI, GPT, Claude, or similar) into enterprise applications using REST APIs. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. • Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms. • Financial Services industry experience is a plus. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications. • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. • Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities. • Develop and integrate AI-powered features, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions within enterprise applications. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and implement Generative AI use cases that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Additional Requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Must be available to work onsite in the Alpharetta, GA office at least three days per week.
