Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Fixed-term contract until January 2027
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £18
The Role
We're looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy, collaborative team responsible for supporting the contract and order management process across a large international organisation.
This role sits at the centre of several business functions and offers the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Consulting and Operations teams to ensure contracts and orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.
Working in a hybrid environment, you'll play a key role in reviewing documentation, supporting contract administration activities, managing incoming requests and helping stakeholders navigate internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming orders and contract requests for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Provide administrative support throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Act as a first point of contact for contract-related queries from internal stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritise a shared team inbox, ensuring requests are responded to appropriately.
- Support sales teams by ensuring accurate client information is used when preparing contracts and agreements.
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and approval processes.
- Liaise with Legal, Finance, Sales and other departments to resolve contract and order-related issues.
- Escalate complex matters to senior team members when required.
- Prepare clear communications and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc projects as required.
About You
We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable working with contracts, documentation and multiple stakeholders across a fast-paced business environment.
Essential Experience
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- 2-4 years' experience within contract administration, contract management, sales support or order management.
- Experience liaising with legal teams, procurement departments or compliance functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and manage documentation accurately.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident working with systems and databases.
Desirable
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Previous experience working within a large, matrixed or international organisation.
- Experience supporting commercial, legal or sales teams.
