Project Manager

Project Manager - Education FF&E Location: Middlesbrough & Newcastle (Hybrid) Rate: £240 per day Duration: 6 weeks Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple Education FF&E refurbishment projects across Middlesbrough and Newcastle.

This is a hybrid role, requiring some site visits but operating from the office in Stokely, Middlesborough with the remainder of your time focused on project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities Manage 4-5 refurbishment projects simultaneously.<br />Coordinate project delivery from start to finish.<br />Oversee refurbishment works including:

Washrooms<br />Classrooms<br />Sensory areas<br />Outdoor play areas Liaise with contractors, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.<br />Monitor progress and maintain project documentation.<br />Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects.<br />Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.<br />Valid SMSTS certificate.<br />CSCS Black Card.<br />First Aid qualification.<br />Asbestos Awareness certification.<br />Strong organisational and communication skills.<br />If you have the required experience and certifications and are available for an immediate start, we'd love to hear from you
