What will you be doing?
We're looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to join our Group IT PMO and play a key role in driving the evolution of our Oracle Fusion platform across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of impactful continuous improvement initiatives, working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful change and maximise business value.
You'll be responsible for shaping, planning and delivering multiple Oracle Fusion projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. With a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement and transparent reporting, you'll help drive successful outcomes that support our strategic goals and enhance the user experience across the organisation.

You'll be responsible for shaping, planning and delivering multiple Oracle Fusion projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. With a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement and transparent reporting, you'll help drive successful outcomes that support our strategic goals and enhance the user experience across the organisation.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion continuous improvement projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and success criteria to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers and the Oracle Programme Manager to drive delivery, manage dependencies and maintain alignment with programme priorities.
- Oversee project governance and reporting, maintaining key documentation including project plans, RAID logs, business change requests, status reports and project closure materials.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating concerns early and implementing effective mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Lead and support project teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring successful transition into business-as-usual operations while providing clear communication, stakeholder engagement and regular progress updates.
- Proven experience managing IT, ERP or Oracle Fusion projects, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications and the delivery approaches, governance, documentation and controls required to implement change successfully.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud Applications implementation, enhancement or continuous improvement activity.
- Minimum of two years relevant project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality expectations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex project information into clear updates and actions.
- Experience managing project finances, budgets, forecasts and resource plans, with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, including coordination of onsite and offshore delivery teams.
- Working knowledge of recognised project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent; formal certification would be advantageous.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
