The Role • Perform expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services at customer locations. • Deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage environment. • Manage your own stock, conduct vehicle checks, and perform essential repairs and servicing. • Interact directly with customers, providing advice and representing the brand with pride. • Handle diverse repair tasks, from diagnostics to routine maintenance. • Maintain accurate reporting and administrative records. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to think independently and solve problems on the go.
