Job Description

The Opportunity: A 40-Year Legacy Room to Build Your Own

Our client is a prestigious, fully independent Investment Advisory firm headquartered in New York City with over $75 Billion in AUM. Founded over four decades ago, they have built a quiet, client-first reputation that most wirehouse advisors spend their careers envying from the outside.

This is not a wirehouse role. There are no proprietary product quotas, no grid haircuts, no firm-first mandates. Advisors here operate as true fiduciaries with the freedom to deliver genuinely bespoke strategies - backed by institutional-grade infrastructure, compliance support, and a dedicated transition team that handles the heavy lifting of moving your book.

If you're managing $25M or more in portable AUM and you've been asking yourself what independence would actually look like for your practice - this is the conversation worth having.

Transition Support: Your Clients Move With You. We make it Seamless.

The most common reason advisors delay a move isn't uncertainty about the destination - it's uncertainty about the process. The firm's transition team has guided dozens of advisors through complex moves, and they specialize in making the client transition as smooth and retention-optimized as possible.

Transitional Bonus Based on Production

Who They're Looking For:

This role is built for the experienced advisor who has already proven their ability to build, retain, and grow client relationships - and who is ready to do it in an environment where the business they build is truly their own.

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years in wealth management, financial advisory, or financial services - with a demonstrable record of client growth and retention.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 or Series 65 license in good standing, with a clean U4.
  • $25M or more in portable AUM from your existing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment to achieve shared growth objectives.
  • Deep working knowledge of investment policy planning, asset allocation, and portfolio implementation across a range of client profiles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with financial planning and portfolio management tools.
  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation - strongly preferred for candidates serving comprehensive planning clients.

10 Markets. One Standard of Excellence:

Opportunities are currently available in the following metropolitan markets. All locations are supported by the same transition infrastructure and operate under the same firm culture and compensation structure.

New York, New York, Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL, Naples, FL, Miami, FL, Red Bank, NJ, Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, and Scottsdale, AZ.

Thank you for your interest. Please submit your resume for consideration. All qualified applicants will be considered.
