Job Description
Jetstar is seeking a Principal Engineering Manager, CX & Resilience to lead software engineering across Jetstar's customer journeys, and to own cyber engineering and resilience of our digital estate. This permanent, hybrid role is based at Jetstar Headquarters in Docklands.
You will manage four people managers and work with contracted partners to ensure delivery quality, security and reliability, embedding AI-assisted engineering practices across journeys.
