Senior CNO Developer | Hanover, MD, United States | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a respected organization dedicated to safeguarding national security through advanced cyber capabilities. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on developing next-generation solutions and driving technical excellence in Computer Network Operations (CNO). The Role • Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities. • Manage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems. • Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools. • Apply expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development. • Communicate status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure software quality and compliance with development standards. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 8+ years of technical work experience, OR Master's degree and 6+ years, OR High school diploma and 12+ years. • Proficiency in Python and C/C++. • Experience troubleshooting and debugging software. • Experience with low-level system internals across platforms (Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices). • Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming. • Experience developing and leading technical CNO solutions. • Must possess an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance.
