As a part of our Field Marketing team, you’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you’re not expected to close deals. Your job is to create interest and make a great first impression.

What the Interview Process Looks Like

We keep our hiring process simple:

2. Complete a 10-Minute AI Voice Interview
Every applicant completes a short, voice-only AI interview. Your link expires 24 hours after you receive it, so plan to complete it right away in a quiet place. A recruiter personally reviews every resume and screener.

3. Meet Our Hiring Team
If there’s a strong match, you’ll move on to a conversation with real people on our hiring team to learn more about the opportunity and ask questions.

4. Next Steps
If selected, our team will walk you through everything you need to get ready to join us.

Job Requirements

No previous sales or canvassing experience required. We’re looking for people who are ready to learn, work hard, and connect with others.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable talking with new people and starting conversations

• Have strong communication and customer service skills

• Are positive, energetic, and goal-oriented

• Are reliable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback

• Enjoy working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

• Are motivated by achieving goals and earning performance-based bonuses

• Are comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods

• Can stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods during the workday

Experience That Can Help You Succeed

Experience is not required, but backgrounds in these areas can translate well to this role:

• Retail sales or customer service

• Restaurants, serving, or bartending

• Hospitality

• Brand ambassador or promotional work

• Appointment setting or lead generation

• Canvassing or door-to-door sales

• Inside or outside sales

• Athletics or other competitive team environments

• Other customer-facing roles
