Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives. Campaign ExecutionAssist in planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, events, digital).Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and creative assets to ensure on-time launches.Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.Content & Social MediaSupport content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website updates.Manage social media calendars, post scheduling, and community engagement.Work with designers and agencies to produce branded collateral.Event & Partnership SupportHelp organize webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.Support marketing partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.Analytics & ReportingTrack marketing KPIs (leads, traffic, conversions, engagement).Maintain dashboards and assist in analyzing ROI of campaigns.Provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.

Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or related field (internships or entry-level roles included).Skills:Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.Attributes:Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.Team-oriented with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
