Cyber Security Software Engineer

Contract: 6 months, Hybrid, outside IR35, rate DOE, Surrey

Project:
Automotive ECU cybersecurity development involving embedded software security, secure boot, diagnostics, cryptographic integration and AUTOSAR-based security features on safety-critical vehicle platforms.

Essential Skills:

• Embedded C / C++
• AUTOSAR Classic (BSW, Crypto Stack, Key Management)
• Infineon AURIX or similar automotive MCU platforms
• ECU bootloader and secure update experience
• Automotive cybersecurity concepts (secure boot, cryptography, key handling)
• UDS diagnostics (ISO 14229)
• CAN communication
• ISO 26262 / ASPICE
• Static analysis, unit testing and debugging tools
