Fire &amp; Security Service Engineer Location: South West England<br />Salary: Competitive (DOE)<br />Job Type: Full Time, Permanent<br />Hours: 40 Hours per Week Are you an experienced Fire &amp; Security Service Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Fire and Security Engineer OR Fire Alarm Engineer OR Security Systems Engineer OR Intruder Alarm Engineer OR Fire Systems Engineer OR Alarm Engineer OR Security Installation Engineer OR Security Service Engineer OR Fire &amp; Security Service Engineer OR "Fire Alarm Technician OR Security Systems Technician OR Fire &amp; Security Technician OR Alarm Systems Engineer We're looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in servicing fire and security systems to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of systems across medium to large commercial sites throughout the UK, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive business that values quality workmanship, customer service, and ongoing development. The Role As a Fire &amp; Security Service Engineer, you will:

  • Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, and security systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Ensure all work complies with current British Standards and industry regulations.
  • Produce accurate service reports and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
  • Work independently while supporting the wider engineering team when required. What We're Looking For Essential:
  • Strong knowledge of Gent fire alarm systems.
  • Good understanding of current British Standards.
  • FIA training or equivalent industry knowledge.
  • ECS Card.
  • Asbestos Awareness certification.
  • IPAF and PASMA certifications.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional approach with high attention to detail. What We Offer
