100% Remote - Hiring for Workday consultant (Payroll, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition) - Contract 

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with strong Workday implementation and system administration expertise to support a large-scale HRIS transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have multiple Workday implementation experiences and be capable of providing immediate value in a fast-paced environment.

Our immediate priority is to bring in a resource who can quickly add value to the HRIS program, particularly in the areas of Payroll, Learning, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition.

Required Qualifications

experience with a focus on Workday.
Multiple end-to-end Workday implementation experiences.
Workday Payroll Functional Expertise & Testing

Experience supporting one or more of the following modules:
Payroll
Learning
Talent Management
Talent Acquisition

Strong testing experience including UAT, regression, and integration testing.
Experience troubleshooting Workday functional and system issues.

Core need: Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, and Payroll experience — payroll is the priority now.

Payroll specifics: Needs someone with deep, hands-on payroll module experience — especially  integration, garnishments, and related configuration/setup. They don't want to train someone from scratch on this.

Modules already covered internally: Core HCM/ATM and Advanced Comp — Joe on their team has strong integration/technical/configuration experience there, so no gap.

Gap area: Learning modules — team is struggling here since these are new modules for them.
