Director, Distribution Data Platform

Lead the strategy, operating model, and adoption of the Distribution Data Platform and its single source of truth capability. Establish business data standards and common definitions across key domains, build and lead the support team, and partner with technology, architecture, governance, and analytics teams to implement trusted data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the single source of truth vision, roadmap, operating model, and adoption strategy.
• Establish business data standards, common definitions, canonical requirements, and source-of-truth expectations across key domains.
• Build and lead the business support organization, including team responsibilities, service offerings, and performance measures.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor professionals supporting data standards, metadata, and stakeholder enablement.
• Partner with technology, architecture, governance, MDM, reporting, analytics, and operations teams to prioritize and implement business data requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption, and validate canonical data structures against business needs.
