This innovative company is renowned for its dynamic environment, commitment to cutting-edge technology, and dedication to operational excellence. Join us in supporting a company that is shaping the future of digital experiences for users worldwide.

Are you a driven and detail-oriented financial professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented individual to join a critical team at the forefront of a major transformation initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence the future of financial processing by implementing and refining a state-of-the-art invoice automation and OCR solution. You will be instrumental in stabilizing post-implementation operations, empowering team members through comprehensive training, and establishing robust, end-to-end processes that will scale operations. Your contributions will directly enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment across various financial functions, making a tangible impact on the company’s operational backbone.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion the successful implementation and configuration of an advanced Accounts Payable automation solution, actively participating in business process workshops, testing phases (SIT/UAT), and meticulous master data validation.
  • Execute end-to-end supplier invoice processing, encompassing purchase order matching, non-PO coding, credit memo management, and efficient resolution of exceptions across diverse international operations.
  • Proactively monitor automation system performance, identify and flag potential errors, and continuously refine processing rules to significantly reduce manual intervention and enhance efficiency.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for the Accounts Payable team, focusing on new invoice workflows, effective exception handling, and optimal queue management.
  • Develop and meticulously maintain comprehensive end-to-end process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Investigate and swiftly resolve invoice discrepancies, matching failures, and routing exceptions, maintaining smooth financial operations.
  • Oversee timely vendor payments, ensure the integrity of financial records, and provide crucial support for month-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to continuously refine and optimize financial processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Play a key role in post-go-live stabilization efforts, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless operational transition.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • 2-5 years of dedicated experience in accounts payable or a similar financial operational role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Coupa.
  • Active participation in a system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, or a broader technology rollout.
  • Strong ability to effectively train colleagues and develop clear, concise documentation.
  • Exceptional detail-orientation, with proven experience in multi-currency and multi-country invoice processing environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, crucial for navigating a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues effectively, and thrive under deadline constraints, especially during critical financial closing periods.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with specific ERP systems like Coupa or NetSuite.
  • Direct familiarity with invoice automation tools leveraging optical character recognition (OCR) technology.

Other Requirements

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.00 /hrto $38.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
