• 7-10 years of hands‑on AWS cloud engineering experience
\n
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes/EKS and Docker
\n
• Experience designing and running production‑grade EKS platforms
\n
• Led cloud and Kubernetes migrations to production
\n
• Infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
\n
• CI/CD and GitOps experience (Helm, Argo CD / Flux preferred)
\n
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and DevOps
\n
• Experience building highly available, scalable systems
\n
• Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
\n
• Cost and performance optimization (autoscaling, Spot, FinOps mindset)
\n
• Exposure to AI/ML or GPU workloads on EKS/SageMaker is a plus
\n
• Comfortable mentoring engineers and partnering with clients/stakeholders
