Deskside Support Engineer

Work Mode : Hybrid

We are seeking a Deskside Support professional to drive innovation, evaluate and implement new technologies, manage advanced tools, and serve as an escalation point for technical support. In this role, you will maintain image standards, drive automation, manage hardware/software lifecycles, and implement A/V solutions.
Below are the key details for the position:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.
  - Experience with Windows optimization, VDI master disk images, vSphere, and Windows Defender.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows automation scripting (PowerShell or other scripting languages).
  - Experience in building A/V solutions for conference areas.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Ivanti EPM and/or Ivanti Neurons.
  - Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, MCP, MCITP, MCSA, or VMware.
