Job Title: IT Systems Analyst III – End User Services

Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046 (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview

 

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst III – End User Services to provide advanced technical support and ensure the reliable operation of desktop systems and end-user technology. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise-level desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT teams, and vendors. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM onsite role with emergency after-hours support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Provide timely technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and software applications
  • Configure and support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Ensure endpoint systems receive required patches, updates, and security configurations
  • Investigate and resolve complex or high-impact technical issues; collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on escalations
  • Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory records and technical documentation
  • Create troubleshooting guides and contribute to IT process improvements
  • Provide end-user training on applications, hardware, and IT best practices

Required Skills

 
  • 5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with desktop OS installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Familiarity with patch management and endpoint security compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills

 
  • Experience with complex system implementations, upgrades, or migrations
  • Requirements gathering and business process analysis skills
  • Experience maintaining hardware/software inventories and technical documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Location & Work Model

 

Fully onsite — Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Emergency after-hours support (including weekends and holidays) may be required.
