Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle IBP S&OP Solution Architect to support pre-sales and bid management initiatives. This is a senior leadership role requiring a seasoned Oracle SCM professional with extensive experience in Oracle Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Planning, and Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, excellent client-facing skills, and proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale Oracle SCM planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and pre-sales engagements for Oracle SCM Planning initiatives.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning technical proposals and solution strategies.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses, bid presentations, and client workshops.
• Define business processes and solution roadmaps for Supply Chain Planning transformations.
• Provide functional leadership for Oracle Supply Planning and Demand Planning implementations.
• Present solution architecture, estimates, implementation approach, and best practices to customers.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align Oracle SCM solutions with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle SCM consulting experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle SCM Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Supply Planning and Oracle Demand Planning.
• Mandatory experience supporting Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Bid Management, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud SCM implementation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
