Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET application development, modern front-end technologies, and AI-powered coding tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications while leveraging AI coding assistants to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and modern front-end technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and enterprise application integrations.
• Utilize AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools to accelerate software development.
• Apply AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, debugging, unit testing, and code documentation.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver business solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and implement best coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and Agile development activities.
• Follow secure coding standards, version control practices, and CI/CD processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with SQL Server, database design, queries, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows, prompt engineering for coding tasks, code generation, debugging, and refactoring.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing software applications.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and secure software development practices.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly, including validating generated code and identifying potential security vulnerabilities.
