Part-Time HR & Professional Development Manager

London | 3 Days Per Week | ASAP start | £70K FTE

An established and internationally focused professional services firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its London team on a permanent, part-time basis.

This is a broad and hands-on HR Manager role, working closely with Partners and senior leadership across the full employee lifecycle. You will take responsibility for employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence management, HR policies, employment law compliance and wider HR initiatives.

The role also has a strong focus on professional development, coaching and employee engagement , supporting employees with career progression, performance and wellbeing, while identifying learning and development opportunities across the firm.

We are looking for a confident HR generalist with experience within a law firm, or strong knowledge of UK employment law and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent would be desirable, as would coaching experience or a recognised coaching qualification.
