Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, design scalable solutions, develop reusable Python frameworks, and support end-to-end machine learning and data engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership across Python development, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning initiatives.

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and define solution architecture, integration patterns, and implementation approaches.

• Design and develop robust, reusable, and maintainable Python applications, libraries, utilities, and data processing frameworks.

• Perform data manipulation and large-scale data processing using Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.

• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, files, databases, and cloud services.

• Write efficient Python code to process large datasets and optimize application performance.

• Conduct code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.

• Lead exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, and evaluation.

• Provide technical guidance on classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.

• Build automation frameworks and utilities to streamline data engineering processes.

• Lead and coordinate offshore data engineering teams while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers.

• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, code quality standards, and scalable development methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python programming and software development best practices.

• Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PySpark.

• Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning algorithms, and statistical techniques.

• Experience with data processing, feature engineering, model development, and model evaluation.

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, databases, and cloud-based integrations.

• Strong skills in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.

• Experience providing technical leadership and managing offshore data engineering teams.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
