Job Descriptions:

Project Manager (Oracle Health Behavioral Health)

Preferred Skills: Oracle Health Inpatient Nursing, Registration, and Behavioral Health certification

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Defines behavioral-health workflows and requirements, configures and validates supporting functionality, addresses privacy and clinical documentation needs, and supports testing, training, and adoption. Embeds the deck’s attribute-level privacy and compliance requirements, including 42 CFR Part 2, in the approved baseline.

Project Manager (Oracle Health CLC/LTC)

Preferred Skills: Oracle Health Inpatient Nursing, Registration, and Behavioral Health certification

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Leads CLC/LTC configuration, resolves cross-functional design decisions, manages the build backlog, and ensures long-term-care workflows integrate with registration, nursing, ancillary, referral, and reporting needs. Governs the deck’s CLC/LTC gap disposition and validation of CMS RAI-MDS and QAPI requirements, routing confirmed net-new needs through DHA-HIDI/ISC.

Project Manager (Oracle Health CLC/LTC & Registration)

Preferred Skills: Oracle Health Inpatient Nursing, Registration, and Behavioral Health certification

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Defines and validates CLC/LTC and registration workflows, leads requirements and design sessions, supports configuration and testing, and confirms end-to-end patient movement and documentation processes. Maps five levels of care to CareGroups, locations, positions, and providers and defines the CLC-specific forms identified in the deck.

Project Manager (Oracle Health Nursing & Ancillary Workflows)

Preferred Skills: Oracle Health Inpatient Nursing, Registration, and Behavioral Health certification

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Analyzes nursing, ancillary-service, and referral workflows; supports configuration, integration requirements, test design and execution, defect resolution, and validation with clinical stakeholders. Documents requirements in Data Collection Workbooks and validates applicable HIPAA, FISMA, NIST, and RMF controls at the attribute level.

Project Manager (Oracle Health Testing & Validation)

Preferred Skills: Oracle Health Inpatient Nursing, Registration, and Behavioral Health certification

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Supports configuration build, traceability, and documentation; prepares and executes automated and manual test scripts, records evidence, triages defects, and verifies corrections across Cerner and Dentrix workflows.
