Organisational Technology Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)

The Business Systems Lead ensures the organisation’s portfolio of business-critical systems delivers maximum value to colleagues, supports outstanding care, and enables operational excellence. Acting as the vital bridge between operational teams, software suppliers, and the IT & Data function, you will own the lifecycle of key applications to ensure they remain effective, secure, and aligned with business priorities. Rather than simply maintaining software, you will champion innovation, user adoption, and continuous operational improvement. As a standalone specialist initially, you will also design, build, and establish a scalable Business Systems function —including governance, support processes, and super-user networks—to support the organisation as it grows.
