• Estimated salary range is $36,000-$100,000 annually, based on performance

Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership

• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to customers

Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday

• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
• We are excited to hire folks from other industries, such as: hospitality (server, bartender, ect), alternative forms of retail or sales and customer service etc. No retail automotive experience? Successful retail automotive Sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales, hotels (front desk, concierge etc.) restaurants (server, bartender etc) customer service at all. We would like to interview with candidates who are well spoken, customer oriented , and money motivated! Come give automotive retail a try!
