Senior Python Developer - SC Cleared

Contract: 6 months

Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)

Location: Mostly remote, occasional travel to London

Clearance: Active SC required

You'll design and build a modern multi-tier web application in Python on AWS. This is a software engineering role, not data science or analytics.

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience building production Python applications and services
• Python web and Back End frameworks
• REST API design, including authentication, authorisation and API security
• Multi-tier architecture: Front End, Middleware, Back End and data stores
• Building and deploying applications on AWS
• Strong OO design, design patterns and automated unit and component testing
• Git, CI/CD and code review
• Front End or UI experience (a strong plus)

You'll be a senior software engineer who specialises in Python, not someone who just knows the language.
