This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office in Newton Aycliffe. The business has been going through alot of Tech change in the past 3 years and this role is part of a newly formed team working on Greenfield projects.

Description Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to business needs.<br />Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system challenges.<br />Maintain and optimise existing M365 applications to enhance performance.<br />Provide technical expertise and training to internal users on M365 tools.<br />Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols within M365 environments.<br />Participate in system upgrades and integrations to support business growth.<br />Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.<br />Analyse user feedback to drive continuous improvement in M365 functionality.Profile Must haves:
