Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive financial planning, retirement, and investment advice. Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships. Lead client meetings, present recommendations, and convert opportunities into new business. Collaborate with senior advisors through mentorship and professional development. Support business growth initiatives, succession planning, and an exceptional client experience. Apply tax-aware planning, estate coordination, and regulatory compliance best practices.

Qualifications
Approximately 1–10 years of financial planning or advisory experience. Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required. CFP exam passed or progress toward certification preferred. Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to develop business and close new opportunities. Self-starter with a growth mindset, professionalism, and high ethical standards. Existing client relationships or portable business is a plus, but not required. Willingness to travel periodically and relocate if needed.

Compensation & Benefits
