Location : Pharr, TX 78577

Duration : 1 Week 

We are looking for an experienced CAD Layout Designer to update an existing landlord-provided building layout for a 100,000-square-foot industrial or warehouse facility in Texas. The primary responsibility is to modify the existing floor plan by incorporating internal walls, pallet rack layouts, and other required space-planning elements, and develop a 3D CAD layout of the facility.

• Strong experience with AutoCAD and 2D floor plan drafting.
• Hands-on experience creating 3D CAD layouts for warehouses, industrial buildings, or distribution centers.
• Knowledge of warehouse space planning, pallet racking systems, and aisle layouts.
• Ability to work with existing architectural drawings and modify them according to project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.
• Experience with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution facility layouts.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD 3D, or similar 3D design tools.
• Understanding of warehouse safety clearances and material-handling requirements.
• Experience working on large commercial or industrial facilities.
