Workday Analyst

Role Overview

Seeking a Workday Analyst to support Workday HCM operations, troubleshooting, testing, security maintenance, data analysis, and end-user support. This role will serve as a liaison between HR teams, business users, functional teams, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Workday issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform Workday HCM maintenance, audits, and security administration.
• Develop, execute, and maintain functional and system test scripts.
• Create and maintain functional and user documentation.
• Analyze and validate HR data, identify discrepancies, and perform data comparisons.
• Provide cross-functional support to departments using HR systems.
• Partner with end users, functional teams, and IT to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Workday experience required.
• Minimum 3 year of functional analyst experience.
• Minimum 3 year of experience writing and executing test scripts.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Workday configuration experience.
• HR experience and/or HR support desk experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR systems and business users.
