Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate identity and privileged access management initiatives from planning through delivery
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Partner with cybersecurity, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor security program metrics, service levels, and compliance requirements to identify potential issues
• Proactively identify project risks, resolve blockers, and escalate concerns when necessary
• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of identity governance and privileged access solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear communication regarding project status, decisions, and priorities
• Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into program performance and delivery progress
• Coordinate activities across technical teams to ensure security initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule
• Promote continuous improvement across identity, access management, governance, and security processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, program management, identity management, or a related technology discipline
• Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives
• Experience working with enterprise identity, privileged access, or identity governance platforms
• Experience monitoring KPIs, service metrics, compliance requirements, and project performance
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and access control principles
• Familiarity with IT service management, project tracking, reporting, and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership
• Strong project management skills, including dependency tracking, risk management, prioritization, and execution
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through successful completion

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
