Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC/RMA Business Analyst to support and enhance Order-to-Cash and Return Material Authorization processes in SAP ECC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end SAP OTC processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, credit/debit memos, and customer returns.

  • Manage and improve RMA processes, including return orders, goods receipt, inspection, disposition, replacement, credit, and closure.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Work closely with business, SAP technical, finance, warehouse, and supply chain teams.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

  • Support testing, enhancements, releases, and process improvements.

  • Ensure integration across SAP SD, MM, WM, QM, and FI/CO.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP SD/OTC functional or business analyst experience.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, OTC, customer returns, and RMA processes.

  • Experience with sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and credit/debit memos.

  • Good understanding of SAP cross-functional integration.

  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • S/4HANA, EDI/IDoc, warranty, or repair-process experience is a plus.
