Hands-on experience with UKG Benefits Administration / Benefits Prime, including Open Enrollment
Solid experience administering employee benefits
Extensive experience with employee leave administration
Strong Excel skills and experience working with data
Comfortable speaking directly with employees and explaining benefits and leave information clearly and professionally
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working independently and learning new processes quickly
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Workday experience is a plus, particularly implementation or testing experience
