Technical Product Manager – Integrations
Location: Irving, TX – Hybrid
Work Schedule: 3 days on-site per week
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to support product initiatives across multiple brands, focusing on brand integrations and other business technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong Product Manager who is also comfortable working with technology teams and understanding how different systems, applications, and data work together. You should have a strong understanding of APIs and other system integration concepts.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with enough technical integration knowledge to work effectively with engineers and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology teams to define product needs, priorities, and solutions.
- Support integrations across enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and third-party systems.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and technical dependencies.
- Serve as Product Owner and provide day-to-day direction and clarification to development teams.
- Support integration initiatives across multiple brands and business systems.
- Support POS migration initiatives, including requirements, planning, testing, and rollout.
- Understand and document how information and processes flow between different systems.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams.
- Work with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, enhancements, and priorities.
- Coordinate with project teams on timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Participate throughout the product lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, UAT, implementation, and release.
- Work across multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Communicate progress, issues, and decisions clearly to both business and technology stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner.
- Strong experience gathering requirements and working with business and technology teams.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and releases.
- Experience working on projects involving multiple systems or business applications.
- Good understanding of system integrations and data flows.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting integrations across multiple brands or business units.
- Experience in a multi-brand, retail, franchise, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Experience with marketing or customer-facing technology platforms is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation or marketing technology integrations.
- Product Owner or Scrum certification is a plus.
