Job Description

Senior Product Manager – Finance Transformation
 
Primary Location: San Jose, CA
 
 
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Product Manager – Finance Transformation for our premier client in San Jose, CA.
 
 
Education and Experience:
 

  • 15+ years of experience, including significant experience in Senior Product Management / Product Ownership and Finance transformation.
  • Deep expertise across OTC, RTR, and PTP processes and their interdependencies.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Finance,
  • Strong experience working with senior executives and business stakeholders in complex, global organizations.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum product management experience.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
  • Product Management, PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
  • ERP, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Finance systems, integrations, data flows, controls, and financial operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and influence a multi-year product/transformation roadmap.
 
Good to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, or other enterprise Finance/ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Experience in ERP modernization, platform consolidation, Finance operating-model transformation, or global process standardization.
  • Experience with automation, AI/GenAI, analytics, or digital transformation.
