Key Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Level II experience supporting Cisco routing and switching in an enterprise environment.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or higher, or an equivalent Cisco certification.
• Strong network troubleshooting and administration skills.
• Local to the Las Vegas area or willing to relocate/become local for the engagement.
• Ability to work on-site at Customer’s location 3–4 days per week and participate in scheduled night and weekend cutovers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) experience.
• Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) experience.
• Experience contributing to enterprise network architecture, design, or implementation activities.

Success Metrics

• Network incidents are resolved or escalated with clear findings and root causes identified.
• Planned changes and cutovers follow, procedures and include post-change validation.
• Work records are accurate, and coordination supports service continuity.

Language Skills

• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively with customer teams.

Physical Requirements

This role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation and working on a computer.

• This is an on-site engagement in Las Vegas, requiring on-site work 3–4 days per week.
• Candidates must be local to Las Vegas or willing to relocate/become local for the engagement.
• Participation in scheduled night and weekend change windows is required.
