The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues independently and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify potential system faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control tracking system. • Conduct on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
