The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on a diverse range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the organisation with pride, acting as the face of the brand during customer interactions.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and provide advice.
• The ability to think independently and make sound decisions in various situations.
