Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and autonomous workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent frameworks.

• Develop AI applications using Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and Copilot Studio.

• Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and GraphRAG solutions.

• Lead end-to-end ML project lifecycles, including data preparation, modeling, training, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps.

• Build production-ready GenAI and Agentic AI applications with appropriate security, governance, and performance controls.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines, LLMOps practices, test coverage, and deployment processes.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and PII protection.

• Develop architecture blueprints, technical documentation, ML design documents, and operational runbooks.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to define AI roadmaps, PoCs, MVPs, and measurable business outcomes.

• Lead architecture workshops, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and project estimations.

• Drive model fine-tuning, reproducible experiments, explainability, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related technology domains.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure Application Insights.

• Hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and Scikit-learn.

• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, forecasting, NLP, and deep learning.

• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG/GraphRAG, prompt optimization, and AI safety guardrails.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) and multi-agent orchestration.

• Familiarity with MCP servers, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, and diffusion models.

• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, and production deployment of AI solutions.

• Knowledge of Explainable AI (XAI), AI governance, and responsible AI practices.

• Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
