Full-Stack Engineer

Position: Full-Stack Engineer

Level: Mid–Senior
Focus: Core Full-Stack (Angular / NestJS / Postgres), Generalist

Role Overview

This is a generalist engineering role suited to someone comfortable working across the stack in a small, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end features across Angular, NestJS, and Postgres.
Work across frontend, backend, and APIs.
Take ownership of work from scoping through:

Development
Testing
Shipping
Iteration

Contribute across the codebase wherever needed.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and help improve engineering standards.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering.
Work responsibly with sensitive health data using a HIPAA-aware approach.
Operate effectively in a small, fast-moving team.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS, and Postgres, or demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly.
Strong full-stack experience building and shipping production web applications.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with:

Clean code
Automated testing
Code reviews
Git workflows

Comfortable working across the technology stack.
Strong ownership mindset.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Strong collaboration skills and willingness to contribute beyond a narrow specialty.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

Early-stage startup experience.
Consumer product experience.
Health product experience.
Exposure to AI/LLM features.
