Role Overview

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow developer with strong IRM/GRC experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• 6+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Risk Management
  • Policy & Compliance Management
  • Audit Management
  • Vendor Risk Management
  • Flow Designer
  • IntegrationHub
  • CMDB
  • ServiceNow platform architecture
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience with enterprise platform integrations
• Knowledge of SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or similar GRC frameworks
• Experience with Agile, Git, and CI/CD
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to participate in architecture review boards and defend technical designs

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• ServiceNow CIS-RC
• ServiceNow CIS-VRM

Preferred: CIS-Audit Management (CIS-AM)
